The TWIL Group Pension Fund was established to provide pensions and other benefits to employees of Tinsley Wire Industries and the TWIL Group. Over time it incorporated employees from other associated companies. The Fund is now sponsored by Betafence, part of the Praesidiad Group.

The main benefit from the Fund is a retirement pension. This is payable for life from the Fund’s retirement date, and how much you receive will depend on how many years’ service you had with the company and your final salary before leaving employment.
